Note: Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

3.4 Camera and Microphone Data
When you use the video recording features on the web platform, the Service may access:
- Camera (webcam): Video feed is captured to create picture-in-picture recordings. Camera data is processed locally in your browser and included in the recorded video file.
- Microphone: Audio is captured for voice recording in your videos. Microphone data is processed locally in your browser and included in the recorded video file.
Important: Camera and microphone data is processed entirely in your browser. We do not stream, transmit, or store your camera or microphone feeds on our servers. The final recorded video files are stored locally on your device (in browser storage) unless you explicitly download them.
3.5 Usage and Technical Data
We may collect:
- Feature usage events (for example, which features you used and when)
- Interaction logs (for example, request/response metadata, error logs)
- Device and technical metadata (for example, browser type, extension version, screen resolution, and basic diagnostics)
- Approximate location derived from IP address (where required for security, fraud prevention, or compliance)
3.6 AI Voice and Text-to-Speech Data
When you use the AI voice synthesis features:
- Text you submit for voice generation may be transmitted to third-party TTS (text-to-speech) providers
- Reference audio files you upload for voice cloning are sent to TTS providers solely for generating voice output
- Generated audio files are stored locally on your device
3.7 Credits and Service Usage Data
If the Service uses credits and model access tiers, we may collect:
- Credit balances and credit consumption events
- Selected AI model (for example, standard vs premium model tiers)
- Usage volume and related service metrics needed to operate credits, rate limiting, and billing

5. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
5.1 AI Providers
Eyesme may use third-party AI providers to generate responses, including:
- OpenAI
- Google Gemini
- Qwen
- DeepSeek
- Kimi
When you use AI features, your inputs (such as text, URLs, content extracts, or images) may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating responses.
We do not use your data to train AI models.
5.2 Text-to-Speech Providers
When you use the AI voice feature, text and reference audio may be sent to third-party TTS providers to generate voice output.
5.3 Service Providers
We may use service providers to operate the Service, such as:
- Authentication and database infrastructure (for example, Supabase)
- Payment processors (for example, Stripe)
- Hosting, monitoring, and support tooling
These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy.
